KWWL Television., Inc. has an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator to work in a fast-paced team environment. The successful candidate must be detail oriented, possess strong computer skills, multi-tasking abilities and excellent organization and communication skills.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will work with Sales Account Executives, Managers, clients, staff, Management, and vendors. Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment are required. Essential duties will include administrative tasks such as weekly sales reports, updating and maintaining sales software programs, political advertising sales administration, entering sales contracts, providing back up to the other sales assistants, creating sales proposals, and covering a multi-station switchboard.
The successful candidate will have excellent command of Microsoft Office applications especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Educational background and relevant work experience will be considered.
